spdgt.auth: Authentication for SPDGT APIs

Seamless authentication and request building for SpeedGoat Cloud APIs. Supports OAuth 2.0 for interactive sessions, OIDC for ShinyProxy applications, and API keys for automated scripts. Provides a multi-realm token management system, a chainable request pipeline with filtering, pagination, and includes, and schema-validated response parsing.
