spdgt.depredation: Read and Report Depredation Events via the SpeedGoat Telemetry API

User-facing package for reading and reporting depredation events through the SpeedGoat Telemetry API. Provides functions to browse events, calls, investigations, and animals, create and update call reports, and export data in multiple formats.
