Summarise a season: what each stratum has taken and has left

Arguments

season: A sight_season.

Value

A tibble per stratum: N (units in the frame), n (base), reserve, taken (base plus units in later waves), left (reserve not yet in a wave), waves, inclusion_prob (taken / N, the probability each unit had of being in the sample taken – exact for "random", approximate for "grts") and weight (N / taken, its expansion factor).
