Record diagnoses against animals

Usage

telem_create_diagnoses(data, dry_run = FALSE, verbosity = 0)

Arguments

data: A tibble with columns: individual_id, diagnosis. Optional columns: capture_id, date_of_diagnosis, was_treated, metadata.
dry_run: Logical. If TRUE, prints the request without sending it.
verbosity: Integer. How much information to print (0 = silent, 1 = headers, 2 = headers + body, 3 = full).

Value

A tibble of created diagnoses with their assigned IDs.

Details

diagnosis is free text rather than a vocabulary, so a project decides its own wording and should keep it consistent — the field is what a later reader searches on.

Attach the capture_id when the diagnosis was made at a capture. It is the only thing tying the finding to the handling that produced it.
